Butterfly bonanza

With the warm weather the past couple of days the Red Admirals seem to have proliferated. They particularly like this hebe, the tough as boots variety that thrives up here. 

I was over to Stromness this afternoon to play golf. Sadly, the golf wasn't great which is a bit irritating having played quite reasonably recently. Ah well, the game knows how to keep your feet grounded!  

A small bonus was watching the ferry depart for the Scottish mainland as we came down the 16th (extra) and wonderful skies across Scapa Flow as I drove home the long way.
