Pure….

There are several small trees growing near the river. They are white magnolias and the flowers are stunning. Maisie and I took a detour early this morning to make sure the light was right for photographing the magnolia flowers.
We’ve had a mild but wet day with light warm rain, heavy at times.
I was sorry to see Hannah and Alex leaving here yesterday. However son Duncan and partner, Ellen will be arriving tomorrow afternoon to spend a night here en route to Dunedin.
