A hot day for a bowls match, but for once Mr W wasn't playing - it was our turn to do the teas. Far too hot for the usual offering of bread, ham, cheese etc., so we did scones with jam & clotted cream. I would have taken a photo but we kept everything in the fridge until the last possible moment and then it was as though a horde of locusts had descended! It's fair to say that it went down well..
