Campfire's Burning

The Pollok Park bonfire was struggling hard to find any flames today. Most of the vegetation was fairly damp (after Sunday's torrential downpour) and there was more smoke than fire.
One of the park staff came along with a digger and tried to move the leaves and branches into a smaller, tighter unit and then a few flames started licking at the wood.
For safety reasons Holly and I kept well away from the action.
