Just a few of the many

A necessary trip through to Fife this morning. A chilly start but by the time I arrived in the East Neuk the sky was blue and the sun was shining.

I had some spare time so I headed to Kellie Castle. The castle itself was closed but the walled garden was open. Being a member of The National Trust I didn't feel guilty about wandering round the garden.

I was on a butterfly hunt and certainly wasn't disappointed. Only Red Admirals but there were plenty of them flying about in the rather windy conditions. I think I spotted them on twelve different flowers but the windy conditions meant than some of the photos were a bit out of focus.
