Woodland wandering...

So much cooler today! Fabulous!! And still a fair bit of sunshine around so kept my legs in use again!

Went to the shops and took my favourite walking boots to the shoe menders as they're in dire need of some fixing so for £8 he'll be making me very happy - hopefully! - when I go  and pick them up on Friday! If I can keep them going a few months more I'll be happy!

And then for a wander up a hill - my legs hate me! - that had been shut for a few months for roadworks! Nice to get up there again and then through a footpath where this view is to the local woods where it was starting to look a little autumnal with leaves on the floor and squirrels keeping busy!
