Stump Art

The old stump in the front yard has a new growth of fungi and I like the color and pattern of it.  I don't, however, like what I'm hearing about Hurricane Lee.  It looks like my area will get some high winds and rain beginning tomorrow night into Saturday.  Trees are in a stressed condition due to all the rain we've had and falling trees may be the result along with power outages.  John will be here this morning to be sure our "hatches are batten down".  I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best.  Gift#255: my generator and John.
