The Calm

Before The Storm • The third and last hardy hibiscus revealed its first flower yesterday. I decided to blip it before the wind and rain attack it. The good news is there are lots more buds to enjoy after tomorrow’s tropical storm • Hurricane Lee has Nova Scotia and New Brunswick in its sights. It will travel past Maine bringing tropical storm force wind and rain to an already saturated area. Beach erosion and power outages caused by broken branches and toppled trees are the biggest concerns here • We finished our prep list and can now relax and look forward to Sunday’s sunshine! • We wish the best for our friends in Eastern Canada • Happy Friday, Happy Weekend!
