Cricket lovely cricket

I probably should have taken a close up of the framed poster above their heads advertising a match between West and East Sussex or Midhurst and Brighton in 1827.  But this was really a lunch for V and Carrie in The Grazing Rooms at the local deer farm which has a good farm shop and this restaurant.  Everyone ate venison and it was a good lively lunch.  I spent the morning watching a cut and doing some emails and whilst V was taking Carrie back to Haslemere station (engineering works ) I did some chores.  

Watched a Black Mirror together (Loch Henry) which played on the corrosive effect of True Crime…directed by an old friend who is good at the jump scare.
