The weather forecast was for rain but not until late afternoon so off we went for a walk!

Had a lovely wander though we didn't see much in the way of wildlife it was good to get out :-)

Liked the shape of this ..... full of promise with next years flowers :-)

As we were almost back the first few drops of rain fell ...... not bad timing.

Pleased we weren't out about an hour later as we had torrential rain ..... think it would have hammered us into the ground if we'd been out in it! We had more torrential rain again later in the evening.
