Rain in the Forecast

The weather forecast today was non stop rain. As is often the case the forecast errs towards pessimism.

We managed a subttantial shop at the supermarket in the morning. Later went down to the Lake for lunch and an ice cream.

Late afternoon the rain arrived accompanied by a thunderstorm, but by that time we had returned to the apartment.
