Iceberg

Today we were in Ilulissat, which means iceberg in Greenlandic. This morning we went out in small fishing boats weaving in and out of the huge icebergs in the bay in the main picture. This afternoon we went on a hike across the tundra on board walks to a viewing point over the massed bergs in front of the glacier. The first extra shows the lush tundra with the bay in the distance. The second extra shows the crash of icebergs in the icefjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
