Horned Lark

I've only seen one other Horned Lark that I can recall, but apparently they are year round residents on the Cape beaches.  You can see a (very) tiny black feather on the right side of its head, which is one of the "horns."  I have added a side view as an extra to show you their long bodies and tendency to walk horizontally.
