The first passion flower

Having never had a passion flower before I bought one recently at a well known and cheaply priced supermarket. It has remained in its pot as I've been rather remiss in the garden this year. So it is all the more pleasing that it has flowered and I've seen moire buds that have also grown quickly. What an over the top flower. I'll try to watch it to see if any bees like it.

I came home from a trip to the farm shop and as soon as I saw it I went out in the rain to get this quick snap.
