Nuts

We went for a walk in the woods this morning while the weather was still pleasant (if windy) and before the heavy rain arrived this afternoon.

There are early signs of Autumn here, with the leaves just beginning to turn colour and a few leaves on the ground already.

I think this may be a sweet chestnut, but perhaps someone can confirm or correct me.  They were scattered around this area.

Another 2250m in the pool this evening, but it isn't getting any easier.
