Tree climbing

8am-1pm working at the Mill River, whacking down overgrowth on the banks of the river. Once we were able to reach the water's edge I could see this tree stretching across the river. It was clear this could act as a bridge, assuming once could climb up through vine branches of other tress to hop onto this big one. I started to do so and finally pulled myself up onto the trunk, only to remember where I was: NOT the Toy Woods in Oxgangs, but Mill River in Connecticut and, more importantly, we had 'whacking' to get on with.

Dang, will need to try this another day.

Was nice hanging from the tree for a moment though :-).
