Rhododendron Catawbiense

There are several buds on the way, so, hopefully, a fully blooming bush by week's end. Tried to decide between this and a carnelian coloured cactus flower, the whole cactus plant having been an unexpected 'gift' from G when I visited last Saturday; I know she just wanted to be rid of it because she already had two, and that's allowed between friends; at least, between her and me.

Cloudy today ... household chores ... maybe driving to Rotterdam tonight (!) to get some things going so that I don't get swamped tomorrow. These heavy clouds are weighing on my eyelids, though .... zzzzzzzzzzz ......
