Tea for Two

Tea tray ready to go upstairs to the patient. 

It was a bit hopeful to put two Nutty Joys on the plate; they were made at his request a couple of days ago when he felt a bit perkier. Nurse enjoyed hers, but the patient just looked at his biscuit and nibbled less than half before pushing it away, which is very out of character.
