Little black swimmers back blip

My sister and I headed to the creek in the buggy while hubby and our BIL went for a ride around the ridge trails and roads. We like to collect creek glass and treasures. The creek was swarming with creek beetles today. We usually see a few but it must be beetle time because the little shiny black swimmers were everywhere. We walked a long way up the creek and were happy to accept a ride back to the buggy from the guys when they came to check on us. It sure was a hot one today.
