Afternoon faded glory

We were out early today to get to Kirkcaldy for parkrun (2 of Mr Rat's friends were going so we thought we might do so, as well). S-in-law and grandson were there, too, the latter hoping to go under 20 mins but didn't quite make it (20.03), he was still 5th. I was stiff after the work yesterday and thought I would be really slow but a good warm-up worked and I was happy with my time.
We then took grandson home while his Dad did cardio-tennis and had a cuppa, a roll and chat with the out-laws.
Home for lunch, some work on tomorrow's service and then some gardening until the rain came on.
