Arabic Coffee

Today was an interesting day.

Did not feel great until I did a Kundalini session and after that some energy clearing.
There were a few triggers from last week that that opened up some emotional baggage which I could release today.
Since that I am feeling sooo much lighter and better.

This energy work is so powerful!!

Went for a coffee to the Arab owned place at the bottom of Belmont Street and tried an arabic, spiced coffee that was very far away from a coffee experience - but it was really lovely.
It cam with a delicious date and I added a pistaccio pastry which was lovely too and not really sweet.

Walked back home and prepared Mary's first shoot plan.

Now off to find some food before retiring on the couch.
