On this day…7 years ago

I have a love/ hate relationship with Facebook  and the way it trawls through my photo library and helps itself to what it considers “memorable moments” then re- posts them on my 
 page.

This one was taken seven years ago today in our  local  bistro after we had been to the cinema, and  I know that because of the menu on the table.  
 
It’s yet another example of the way algorithms are infiltrating every aspect of our lives, even something as innocent as a night out at the cinema, and making decisions on our behalf.

Yes I know I could stop this by adjusting settings in FB  and maybe I should.
