Making do

I didn’t really have the right colours in my stash to match this book cover so I dithered about which ones would work and ended up making two!  Neither are the greatest match but the little one was a new pattern to me so it was worth trying it out.

It is part of a motif that would make a blanket if you made loads and turned them into hexagons and joined them all up.

It was a busy Monday at work and we had the usual start of term angst where various systems creak under the load and stress everyone out.
