Spirit of survival

Brain needed recharging after another manic day at work.  Some days you just need some extremely chocolately ice cream.  And given the price of this stuff, it is only some days!  I relaxed with a soundtrack from guitarist and producer Per Nilsson who has a strong Allan Holdsworth thing going on, and is therefore awesome.

Big presentation to do tomorrow.  Naturally I have been overthinking the whole task and rehearsing it all, but a good presentation is only effortless after the first hundred times of doing it.
