Negroni

Negroni.

This was my dessert tonight (don't worry... it was not an entirely liquid dinner). We had a lovely time at Club Med Punta Cana, and the food was great. What was less than stellar was the alcohol. Tonight I had to have a proper Negroni to redeem the subpar ones I had last week (which were light on the not-very-good gin and used Martini and Rossi vermouth). We usually use Dolin vermouth (the dry is our go-to for martinis), but we have learned that the perfect vermouth for a Negroni is Carpano Antica Formula.
