Hey Roland, busy 17 April?

Tonight we went to see Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra play at the Civic in Wolverhampton. Despite not being in the mood to sit in a theatre on the hottest night of the year we still enjoyed ourselves. However I was shocked to find I was clearly half the age of most people there but the oldies sure can strut their stuff when they see some shiny brass.

The highlight was most definitely when special Guest, Roland Gift (Fine Young Cannibals) sang "Good thing". He is the one in the blue jacket.

Would I go and see Jools again? hmmm, probably not.

Would I hire them for my wedding? Just Roland, he was ace!
