Great Fun!

I headed over to the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site this morning to meet KayakGirl. We were particularly interested in seeing if there were still flowers in the garden...there were many! We explored the site, stopped in to see the blacksmiths (KayakGirl has some great shots) and a few other open buildings, including the Hudson Bay trading post where we had quite the introduction. We followed with lunch on the Columbia - lovely day, if a bit breezy and cool.
