Popped through to Shipley this morning for some shopping and run a few errands.

Went out jogging a little while ago. I was wondering what the crows' reaction would be as I've not been down there for over a month! Suffice to say, they were pleased to see me :-)

I'm thinking of taking part in Alzheimer's Research UK's 55 Miles in October challenge. I've not done any fundraising for a while and not only is it a charity that I care a lot about, it will also help motivate me to get out as I've lost my running mojo a little bit over the last month or so. We shall see.
