Bad/Good Bokeh?

When I first saw this word used I was baffled; now what is baffling is the judgement of good versus bad bokeh. If any of my readers can discern between good and bad and why then go ahead and label it here for me and tell my why it is one or the other.

And thanks for the stars and neat comments for my "road to nowhere" yesterday. I look forward to when the little rowing boat is done, soon, so as to paddle in and under this mess of highways as they are over waterways and the northwest version of green jungles to include nesting birds, flying eagles, herons, frogs, fish and all kinds of non human life!
