Sgwarnog: In the Field

By sgwarnog

I was only out for about an hour, but that oscillated between sunshine, dark clouds and rain, with a variation every five minutes.

In the sunny spells there were a few butterflies: Comma, Red Admiral and Speckled Wood. I disturbed a hare and a couple of pheasants from that bit of the Hollins Hall golf course that only people counting butterflies go. The Mandarin ducks were still on Red Brick Dam.

The Tong Park Herd take pride of place today though, presenting themselves nicely in one of the blue sky and fluffy clouds moments.
