Ten minutes on the beach

FRIDAY

A morning spent working out in the garden in the warm sunshine.

I lost the will to live on what turned out to be a four hour shopping marathon this afternoon. Toolstation to collect some masonry paint; Morrison's for gin for the sloe berries and some other bits; The Range for glass jars; Aldi for a pumpkin; and finally Sainsbury's for the weekly shop!

I managed a quiet 15 minutes to myself on the beach at Rhyl late afternoon.
