Prestatyn Nova Parkrun

SATURDAY

I drove twelve miles over to Prestatyn this morning for the Nova Parkrun which involves straight running up and down the promenade and a section through the sand dunes. I finished in position 37 with an official time of 27:15 (see extra).

Before the run I had a wander onto the beach and, in addition to the usual gulls, saw a little egret and some oystercatchers.

Stopped off at the garden centre on the way home to get some more plants for the patio in the back garden. Washed the cars before the rain started at 11:00 am.
