Holly Johnson

We attended a concert tonight (my choice) of Holly Johnson, lead singer of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, at a venue called Paard, here in The Hague.
He was brilliant. He fired through all the big hits from both his solo career and that of the band. It certainly took me back a few years. His voice was in good form, he had an excellent rapport with the crowd, didn't take himself seriously at all. The sound and the lighting were fantastic. What a great, nostalgic gig.
