Good company

Elaine planned our parkrun tourism again today.  I was picked up at 6.45 and we arrived at the event she had selected just after 8, having had a varied chat all the way there.

The event, Malling in Kent was a two lapper around a lake.  The lake was being used for a variety of things as well as parkrun.  Lovely location.  Chatted to a man of a similar age to me as we went round.  He told me that he had drowned during a swimming essonne the day before and had to be resuscitated.  Life is precious.
