A Good Read

There was just time for a cuppa and cake at the Curzon cinema before the film started. This couple seemed content to read their vintage paperbacks in happy silence. 

Meanwhile it was time to go in to watch the film. Past Lives was really wonderful. A love triangle between two Koreans, who were split up when they were teenagers in Seoul, and an American, now married to the young woman. Very tender and a visual treat.

Made me cry for a moment.

Sorry not to have been commenting much recently. Still trying to catch up on tasks after a holiday.
