Mega Gales

Today has been just hideous....the gales were forecast 120km and they definiely arrived.  
It’s many years since we've been battered to this extent.  We did some gardening early, but had to give that up as too dangerous.  We spent the afternoon watching the last day of the Ryder Cup…great viewing. 
Thankfully, the gales have moderated a little late this afternoon, but the warmth continues.  The garden took an absolute battering.  Vehicles have been tipped over, trees down, power outages and lots of carnage all over.
I took an easy option, stood at my door and took a photo of the trees.  No camera movement, just wind.
