A wall of love.

Those who know "One man and his dog" may have seen some of the dogs memorialised in this wall. The gentleman who owns it specialises in sheepdog trials and holds regular displays close to the hotel. When his dogs die they have their names painted on a varnished stone, a daily reminder to those who know or knew them.

Over the wall by his cottage is a kennel with his next prospects. His last "special" dog died recently, he is on the far left.
