Nellie in the bluebells

Another productive day.

Hydrotherapy pool but I might have overdone it as I have a wee fluid swelling on my knee where I didn't before. I'm sure it will be fine though. I then went round town doing all the little things which needed done but which involved running all over the place.

More training with Nellie....she's a wee star and is almost back to where she was already!
