All Dressed Up

We were out most of the day, enjoying the nice temps. Our guests left for the day around 9:00 am. Hubby and I followed around 10:00. We had a ton of errands. I stopped at the Commissary for WV Oct and some Nov meats. Hubby grabbed my meds from the pharmacy. We bought items for Chase to have on hand and non-perishables for WV. We are making a frozen pineapple dish for Thanksgiving and I needed decorative picks for it. Found some really pretty ones at Michael’s. Hubby treated me to pizza and salad for lunch. From there we went to a specialty pet store to get a couple samples of new food for Millie. It was way too early to pick up Brooklyn so we searched for a blip. Some of these displays were in the town that is our county governing seat. They must be planning a big event; there were decorations along the street competing for awards and named placards in parking spots. There is always lots to see in that town. Next, we drove throughout the neighborhood close to the school admiring their fall/Halloween decorations until it was time to meet Brooklyn. Once we got home, we put away all our purchases. Now it is nap time. Hope your day went well also. Stay safe. Thanks for the visit. "In October any wonderful unexpected thing might be possible." — Elizabeth George Speare
