Langham Place with flags

It is National Blood Week this week. I'm due to give blood now anyway so I popped out at lunchtime to the London Donor Centre to book an appointment for the end of the week.

As I walked back, I noticed all the purple flags to celebrate 60 years since the coronation along Regent Street. I think the Queen came to open the new BBC centre close to here last week.

Busy day, grey outside but at least I got a seat on the train both ways this morning.
