A little bit at a time

Swimming the channel as one of my challenges on the road to recovery.
4 swim sessions in a week.
I am not speedy but at the moment, steady is better than speedy.
Being in the water feels great. Any pain that I have goes when the water supports me...wish I could be in the pool all day!

Today marks the beginning of my second week of no smoking. To say I am chuffed would be an understatement!
