I made a Joe Wick’s butternut squash sauce last night to go with some pasta but I made too much. I have to say that it was even better on day two, blitzed up into a soup, with a little extra cream (how luxurious!). It made me think of the lentil chat the other day.

A good morning being at a work event and then an afternoon run around the local trails with Eva. Some glorious mud and refreshing convo.
