Lift off

This morning the forecast was for rain all afternoon. I decided on a pre lunch walk along the Lower Pipeline. A spotted dove in Waima Crescent provided the best image for today.

The polls are predicting that neither the two parties of the right nor the two of the left will have enough votes to get a majority. We have been here before. If Te Maori Party joins with Labour and Greens, that may be just enough. If NZ First goes with National and Act that could be enough. 

One week to know the result. Or not if there is a hung Parliament.
