Cook-Alike #1

Baking? Me? Yes, I can't remember if I have ever made biscuits before but I hadn't a dessert for a dinner guest.

Last week I bought Nadiya Hussain's spice book that goes with her new BBC series. She makes cooking for a family sound so easy so even with The B-I-L arriving at any minute, I was willing to give it a go.

I served the nice, still soft, coconut biscuits with ice cream and cream. I don't know if they were undercooked and a bit doughy but The Man and I enjoyed them. Anyhow, I'm blipping mine along with the recipe page.
