Looks like Autumn, feels like Summer!

Another very warm and sunny day here in Essex - I was back out watering the garden with a hosepipe yesterday as everything is just so dry as it's been so long since any decent rain.

And we headed to RHS Hyde Hall for a long overdue wander.  It's definitely feeling more like a park nowadays than a real garden which is a shame as I used to love all the different areas to get inspiration from!   This is the view from the hill meadow looking to the surrounding areas and I loved the autumn colours coming through.  They also had a nice textile art exhibition on so it was lovely to see so much creativity!

We stopped too at a garden centre on the way home for a spot of lunch, and the xmas invasion of the space has taken over!  Twinkly lights everywhere!!
