Use your loaf!

I certainly will, though it's in the freezer for now. I made a similar loaf from a bread mix a couple of weeks ago and it went wrong for some reason. It's totally soggy and takes two full sessions to toast! It's almost gone, then I'll start on this one which looks and feels great!

A dull day today, but mostly dry. More rain forecast for tomorrow, then better weather for a while, or so they say!  Much of the local flooding has gone down, though the car parks around Tesco's are still under some water - we drove into the car park today without too much of a problem. There's going to be a huge amount of clearing up to do in Argyll with all the debris from the landslides, and in places like the Rest and Be Thankful there's the added worry of huge boulders just waiting to come down on to the road.

Back to the Walled Garden this afternoon for another couple of pounds of runner beans. Still more to come, but they're getting near the end!
