Flourishing

I was home in good time tonight for a hair appointment at half six (which became more like seven) and managed to capture my cafe au last dahlias that have definitely enjoyed the warm and wet weather. I'll be cutting some of the flowers to enjoy inside because I won't be seeing them much in the week with how dark it is now as I leave for work and coming home. 

My cold has developed into a cough today which has made teaching interesting at times but I at least feel a lot better than I did this time yesterday. As well as a hair cut there has been a catch up with the bestest friend and a bit of very special reading.
