Busy Wednesday

A trip to the market this morning, and although there was no sign of it while I was there, BBC Northwest had been filming one of our regular stall holders who has raised a lot of money for charity by selling
bric-a-brac each week at the market. After lunch I went to my art group. I finished my painting of a sycamore leaf that I had started on Saturday.
This evening I went to the WI meeting. We had a talk on the Pendle Witches, a group of mostly women who were convicted of witchcraft and executed. Pendle, which is in Lancashire, is not very far from Sedbergh.
