Pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Wine: Tenuta i Fauri Baldovino Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2020.
Late grading again leads to picking up pizza... and alcohol is always appreciated after grading. (Actually, when I was a graduate assistant, I often insisted on a martini WHILE I was grading.)
