Cheesey Lobster Cauliflower

This was an improvised dish that got an enthusiastic review from both of us. I had planned on cheesy cauliflower as a side with steak tonight, but my husband scraped the roof of his mouth earlier this week and finds chewier foods painful at the moment. Inspired by lobster mac and cheese, I fused my intended side with a tender protein.
